The 2012 ASUCRP conference will be held on April 24th and April 25th of 2012 in Baltimore. Unlike the usual 2 ½ day format, the 2012 conference will be condensed into two days with the afternoon of the second day being set aside for the ASUCRP business meeting.

Conference Fee BEFORE February 24, 2012 = $250.00
Conference Fee AFTER February 24, 2012 = $300.00
The conference rate for rooms is based on the GSA per diem which is subject to change. Currently, the per diem is $145 per night, plus 15.5% lodging tax. You will need to make your reservations prior to March 30th to get the conference rate. The conference rate is available
for 3 days before and after conference. If you are not receiving grant funds, reservations should be made directly with the
Sheraton Inner Harbor, 300 South Charles St. Baltimore, Maryland, (410) 962-8300,
no later than March 30, 2012 for the conference rate. Please be sure to reference ASUCRP/JRSA when making reservations to ensure the correct room rate.
